Systems Analyst [Position Open]
Seeking experienced individual with hands-on experience designing and overseeing the development of client-server and web-based systems. Must have sound knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server and experience designing web-based systems using ASP and/or ASP.NET. Must be a self-motivated individual with excellent inter-personal skills. We will look for a portfolio of completed projects.

ASP/ASP.NET Programmer [Position Open]
Seeking experienced individual with 1+ years ASP.NET experience. Must possess basic SQL Server and MS Access skills as well as experience creating COM objects and constructing CAB files.

V.P. International Credit Risk [Position Filled]
The individual will manage team(s) performing statistical analysis and database management for international financial institutions; plan, direct, control and coordinate creation of statistical models to determine credit risk in global markets; oversee the collection of data and prepare recommendations for reducing risks and increasing profitability; coordinate activities with the Marketing, Operations, Systems and other departments to implement and manage new programs; oversee the use of statistical analysis of financial statements to forecast economic trends; manage and develop the use of population-sampling techniques, market based risk assessment models and econometric regression and statistical models to asses risk; develop ratios to evaluate customers status using computer programming languages (such as SAS and Unix) and advanced mathematical functions; formulate specific distributions for analysis and profitability models; recommend how to reduce risk, increase profitability and make sound business decisions.

The minimum requirements for the position are Bachelor’s of Science Business/Statistics, 11 months Job Offered or as International Credit Risk Manager (financial services) and proof of legal authority to work in US. Hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Competitive salary and benefits.

V.P. International Market Development [Position Filled]
The individual will plan, direct and coordinate domestic and international acquisition and preparation of mailing lists, customer targeting and acquisition programs; supervise the development of statistical models to segment customer behavioral patterns for the broad spectrum of the market; oversee the development of Account Management System including programs for Activation, Balance Building, Credit Line Management, Product Upgrades and Account/Balance Retention; develop non-interest income by promoting and cross selling value added products; responsible for developing and managing information systems; manage and lead analytical team in the use of statistical tools to analyze and create segmentation / response models; develop and use Advanced Analytical and Economic Testing to build and enhance company’s business.

The minimum requirements for the position are a Masters of Science in Economics/Statistics, 2 years experience in the job offered or as VP International Marketing (Financial Services) and proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Competitive salary and benefits.
